Really, Really quick processing time!- Closing January 12, 2011

Marty, we appreciated the really, really quick processing time to meet our short contract closing date!  We visited with 3 other Loan Officers during and after we met with you and they told us that it couldn't be done.  And you did it.  Thank you!

We had a great experience working with you and thank you too for the competitive interest rate and closing costs which you provided along with the quick closing time!  We will definitely refer you to our friends and family who need Professional Mortgage services.

Sincerely, Rooke and Debi McKee

Marty was convenient and prompt: Closing on January 7, 2011

Marty made the application time with him very convenient and was prompt in giving us updates on the status of our loan processing.  We didn't have any problems with the loan and by him giving us the credit approval letter at the very first of our home shopping really helped us to negotiate the best sales price we could hope to get.

Marty is easy to work with and always called us right back with answers to questions that we had as first time home buyer's.

He was VERY helpful!  He explained things to us in a way we could understand and he took care of the problems with the loan processing so that we didn't have to.

Thank you Marty for taking such great care of us! :)

Building Value With A Buyer

Three Core Messages for Building Value with a Buyer

Message from Marty to buyers and sellers: I work with excellent Realtors who I can refer to you for help with your Real Estate needs.  Let me know what your situation is and I can provide a recommendation to the Realtor who can help you best.  The Realtors I work with meet the following criteria of Professionalism:

The Champion Agent’s truths
There are three core messages that need to be conveyed to a buyer and they need to be the first things discussed with a buyer. Most agents never discuss these concepts. These three are directly linked to building the value of your services and obtaining exclusivity of your services in return. They are:
1.    All real estate agents are not the same.
2.    It really matters who represents your interests.
3.    My market knowledge is superior to other agents’.
Let’s look at each of these Champion Agent truths together.
