I recommend gaining access to your 3 credit scores AND 3 credit reports through a credit monitoring company

There are many to choose from and later in this e-mail I have a great web address to share with you which will give you several companies to look at and choose from.

Once you have access to your credit information through one of the credit monitoring companies, you will be able to correct discrepancies, repair your credit and ultimately get your middle credit score to an acceptable level for mortgage financing approval.  


Here's some target MIDDLE of the 3 credit scores that you need to shoot for: 

  • 620 (for VA financing and the Utah Housing Score Loan), 
  • 640 (FHA) and 
  • 660 (Conventional)  
With the credit monitoring program I recommend, you don't need to worry about your credit score going down because of repeated lender credit inquiries!
