The loan process went just like clockwork! Closing on August 26, 2011

I had such a great loan experience with Marty!  He did everything so perfectly in every way!  My closing time frame was really tight and he and his staff rushed my processing and closing faster than I thought was possible.  As a first time home buyer, by friends told me horror stories, but I never experienced anything they warned me about.  The loan process went just like clockwork! 

Processing had so much patience, I know, because I called and e-mailed every day to get a status update!  lol! Thank you Kelsi! 

I made the best decision to go with Marty and Primary Residential Mortgage!  Thank you Marty!!!

Personal note from Marty:  Britney knows how to have fun!  We had a party at closing (lead by Britney of course!).  During the party (closing) she counted how many times she signed her name at closing.  In this picture-gram we are forming the numbers of the total times she signed!  Love you Britney!
