Really, Really quick processing time!- Closing January 12, 2011

Marty, we appreciated the really, really quick processing time to meet our short contract closing date!  We visited with 3 other Loan Officers during and after we met with you and they told us that it couldn't be done.  And you did it.  Thank you! 

We had a great experience working with you and thank you too for the competitive interest rate and closing costs which you provided along with the quick closing time!  We will definitely refer you to our friends and family who need Professional Mortgage services.

Marty was convenient and prompt: Closing on January 7, 2011

Marty made the application time with him very convenient and was prompt in giving us updates on the status of our loan processing.  We didn't have any problems with the loan and by him giving us the credit approval letter at the very first of our home shopping really helped us to negotiate the best sales price we could hope to get.

Marty is easy to work with and always called us right back with answers to questions that we had as first time home buyer's.

He was VERY helpful!  He explained things to us in a way we could understand and he took care of the problems with the loan processing so that we didn't have to.

Realtors choose leaders for 2011

OGDEN — With the start of the new year, the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors has new leadership in place.   Serving for 2011 are Bob Hill,  president, who owns and operates Century 21 Golden Spike Realty in Weber, Davis and Box Elder counties Shawn Janke, is president elect, who has worked as a Realtor for 18 years and Christy Vail, will serve as first vice president.  Christy has been in the real estate industry since 1988. Sonja Smithing, second vice president, is a 15-year member of the NWAOR and presently serves on the NWAOR board of directors.   Lene' Balster, treasurer, who works as a Realtor in South Ogden.
